There are many things you can do to live a healthy lifestyle. Exercise, reduce stress, get enough rest, and eat right.

Iron, protein, vitamins that sound like the alphabet, vegetables, fruit, organic food, and the list goes on and on and on!

We all want to be healthy and live our best lives. Outlive the previous generation in a healthier way and preserve our vitality for as long as we can.

That’s why I do my bicep curls in the form of lifting a spoon to my mouth with a big heaping load of calcium and fruit!! Ben and Jerry’s is responsible for my healthy lifestyle- flex those spoon lifting biceps!
